2022 Confluence of Nature

Aesthete wines were created to investigate the subjective components of Quality in a wine.  We focused on these three key dimensions: Beauty, Impact of Human vs. Nature, and Power. The Confluence of Nature² seeks to identify the subtleties, distinguishing between what is crafted by human hands and what is naturally imparted.  For each of these elements, a tailored winemaking protocol is employed to emphasize that particular aspect of quality.

Critic Review - International Wine Report (96 Points)

The 2022 White Rose Pinot Noir ‘Confluence of Nature’ pours a glorious medium ruby red core with a light neon pink rim. It opens with an explosion of vibrant red fruits, including raspberries and Bing cherries, before evolving into more complex layers of dried lavender flowers, forest floor, pink peppercorn, and subtle hints of Earl Grey tea. Medium to full-bodied, this Pinot Noir showcases ripe, sweet tannins and moderate-plus acidity. The structure is incredibly balanced and polished, leading to a finish that seems to go on forever.
