2022 Personification of Power

Aesthete wines were created to investigate the subjective components of Quality in a wine.  We focused on these three key dimensions: Beauty, Impact of Human vs. Nature, and Power. Personification of Power embodies the belief that increased intensity, or grander scale can evoke a heightened sense of a superior wine.  For each of these elements, a tailored winemaking protocol is employed to emphasize that particular aspect of quality.
