Epicurean wines are designed to allow the consumer to explore their emotional connections to the relationship between food and wine. Rich and Darkly floral, bursting from the glass with a spice box bouquest of incense, cedar and dried black cherries.  It's elegant, nearly velvety in feel, with depths of dark red berry fruit that saturate all balanced by brisk acidity.  A web of grippy tannins lingers along with a citrusy concentration and tactile mineral tones as this tapers off long and structured
