Returns & Cancellations
We guarantee quality wines in your shipments. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance.
White Rose will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is proven damaged or flawed for reasons not related to extreme weather.
White Rose will not credit, or re-ship wine orders damaged by ground shipment if the customer refused to ship accelerated air service.
White Rose is unable to accept returns of wines that are ordered in error.
