Shipping Policy

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage via the White Rose website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age.

All packages containing alcohol require a signature from someone 21 years of age or older. Wine shipments cannot be left unattended on porches or doorsteps.

States restrict the amount of wine a consumer can receive from an individual  winery. By placing an order here, you formally represent that your order is within your respective state’s limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.

We recommend shipping to a business address or a FedEx/UPS location to ensure easy delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If you are unable receive the package or redirect it to a pickup facility and it is returned to the winery, we will contact you about re-shipping your wine.  The additional shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility.

Our primary shipper is FedEx, but we can accommodate UPS shipments with prior notice.

We do not ship via ground service in extremely hot or cold temperatures (above 75 or below 30 degrees) to ensure that the wine is not compromised by weather conditions.
